The entrance to the car park is from Cigoitia street number 148 28022 Madrid, you just have to leave your vehicle there and they will take you to the terminal.
The shuttle service operates only in terminals T1 and T2. If your flight takes off from T4, don't worry !: they bring you up to T1 for free to take the circular transport between terminals at the airport itself (also free and 24h). In this case, we recommend you come with enough time and having consulted the frequencies of the circular transport "Transit Bus" (which vary according to time zones).
the pick-up point is usually in the central part of the Departures terminal but, depending on the traffic, it may vary (it is arranged on the call).
