Open the app opposite the entry and exit barriers, go to "Glove compartment" and press the button that you will find on the car park's image.

Car parks that open with a registration number reader

The exit and entry barriers will open when they recognise your registration number. You must activate your registration number on the app before going to the car park.

Car parks where you need to collect the ticket

When you enter the car park, take the ticket and present it together with your booking to the car park operator.

Car parks with no barriers

Enter and tell the parking attendant that you have a booking. You can view the information about your booking in the section "Glove compartment" in the app.
