Parking Serrano Juan Bravo is located between Calle Hermanos Becquer and Marqués de Villamejor. It is composed of a rotating first floor and three floors of residents. Part of rotation is continuous along Calle Serrano, however, residents plants are interrupted at the height of the street Juan Bravo for the passage of the Metro. For this reason, residents access to the northern part of the park is by an exclusive entry into Hermanos Becquer.

To exit to the area of ​​the Castellana, the easiest way out is by Hermanos Becquer in the northern part of the parking lot while coming out Juan Bravo, climbs to Calle Velázquez.

The pedestrian outputs are the Serrano 108, 104, 98, 90 and 84. In all numbers there is a lift landing at street level in the corresponding outputs to Serrano numbers 84 and 104 while the other outputs disembarks in a mezzanine very close to the street.
